They might be well-known spiritual teachers or wise personalities, or even teachers whose personality has inspired you – often it's not their words but their presence that touches us. And you can use this for yourself too.

There's a difference between "talking about something" and "embodying something." If you want to inspire or guide others, you can use your own being as your strongest tool. When your thinking merges with your actions and your language.

What do I want to embody in the world? Do you want to radiate calm and trust? Or enthusiasm and courage? Your inner attitude determines how others perceive you. How do you feel when you think of a state that truly corresponds to who you are?

How to raise your energy

We all have our own "energetic signature." Meditation, mindfulness, and inner work help you balance your energy and bring it to a higher level. But also doing more of what truly brings you joy, where you enter a flow state, where you feel completely at home with yourself. Especially with something that connects you with your very own power. The more you "allow" yourself your own energy, away from roles, expectations, and your rational mind, the more naturally you become a role model. For others, but also in a good feeling toward yourself.

Placing authenticity over perfection

It means, above all, not being perfect but being real. Not playing a role. No self-imposed expectations. We are attracted to authenticity, not flawlessness and perfectionism. Let others participate in your experiences, highlights but also lowlights. This makes your presence even stronger.

You always have an impact

Whether conscious or unconscious – your energy influences your environment. Every thought, every emotion, every inner attitude sends out a frequency. The more you recognize this, the more consciously you can direct your own energy.
